Thomas Building have been chosen by PEET to deliver a new and scenic beachside Restaurant development at Shorehaven in Alkimos on Portside Promenade. This $1M plus and well-designed 382m2 build has concrete floors and a steel roofing structure. It commenced in March 2018 and is due in Sept 2018. Designed by - Morley Davis Architects
Bold Park Community School
Iconic new under cover assembly and sporting area located in leafy Wembley. The surrounding areas are Indigenous and Heritage Listed which meant they could not be disturbed. This project was delivered on time in January 2018 over a very tight time frame. Designed by Meyer Shircore.

This significant, state-of-the-art factory/showroom and Western Australian head office for Sealy of Australia was purpose-built for their mattress and bed-making utilising tilt-up construction. The project is due for completion in December 2016. Designed by Peter Young Architects (QLD).
Colliere Drive Apartments - Port Hedland
This project was delivered in Oct 2016 and consisted of 16 staff apartments for the West Australian Country Health Services. This project is situated in WA's cyclone region and an advanced AFS wall construction system was used to comply with local building codes. Designed by Plan Fact.
The Ranges Resort Complex - Karratha
The Ranges was designed and built by Thomas Building to provide resort-styled accommodation for workers and tourists visiting Karratha. The development consists of 73 self-contained apartments, manager's residence, reception and office, café, pool area with gazebo plus several cabanas placed within landscaped gardens. It was successfully delivered in June 2015. Designed by Christopher Senior Design.

This innovative beach shack resort is on a 4-hectare site close to the beach at Preston Beach - a 35 minute drive south of Mandurah. The resort comprises 102 beach shacks and 28 larger two-storey townhouses in a similar style. Designed by Christou Architecture.
BHP Billiton Housing - Port Hedland
Thomas Building in early 2013 completed 14 houses in Pretty Pool for BHP under a design and construct agreement. The houses were completed on program and budget. This was a Thomas Building D&C.
IBN Corporation - Aged And Dependant Housing - South Hedland
This project includes 6 adaptable living houses for elderly aboriginals as well as a caretaker's unit, significant landscaped gardens and contemplative spaces. The houses were completed and handed over to IBN Corporation in early 2015. Designed by Simon Youngleson Architects.
Elements Housing, South Hedland
Thomas Building commenced 17 houses in November 2014 for individual owners in the Elements Estate in South Hedland with Government Regional Officer Housing (GROH) leases in place for the majority of the houses. They were designed and constructed to rigorous specification and completed in June 2015, ahead of time. This was a Thomas Building D&C.
Youth Hostel, South Hedland
Thomas Building commenced this project in June 2014. It comprises a hostel with common kitchen facilities, offices and provides for 11 separate accommodation bedrooms for disadvantaged youths. It was handed over in early 2015 on program and on budget. Designed by Sandover Pinder.
Butler Medical Centre - Butler
This modern two storey, purpose-built medical and child-care centre utilises a combination of advanced building techniques including tilt-up and pre-cast construction. Boasting a major child-care centre and General Practice, the Butler Medical Centre will offer additional commercial space for medical and business professionals alike. This project is commenced in May 2017 and is due for completion in Feb 2018. Designed by Box Architects.
