Our History
Discover how Thomas Building was founded.
Before founding Thomas Building, Alan began his career in Karratha at the age of 21 with Rapley Wilkinson. He rose to the position of Managing Director and Partner until 2008. Greg started his career at 26 with Rapley Wilkinson in Darwin.
Eventually, Alan persuaded Greg to join him at Rapley’s Perth office, where Greg worked as a Contract Administrator/Estimator and later became General Manager. During these years, their projects included numerous resorts in the Kimberley region and extensive government and resource company housing in the Pilbara.
Alan and Greg eventually became partners, leading to the founding of Thomas Building.
